Damages and issues
We have a 2-day repair/replacement policy, only in case of damaged items delivered. Which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to register your complaint. The repair/replacement is processed with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To register your complaint, please contact us at designbluebalcony@gmail.com. If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a replacement shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be canceled or returned, like custom products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Also, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We do not accept return or cancellation of customised products. Repair in case of damage on delivery is applicable.
